The Glory of Prayer (Luke 11:1-13)

Jesus said we should address God as “Father.” This is the bedrock of the Christian prayer: relationship with God. It is crucial. It sets the trajectory on how we pray. Our prayers need to be grounded in who God is. Prayer should first and foremost focus on God and the things of God. Most importantly, we are instructed to go into prayer out of a dynamic and living relationship with God.

Jesus is for All (Matthew 2:1-12)

  Lowly shepherds, carpenters, women, priests, learned wise men, powerful kings and everyone in between…Jesus is for all. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
